Each chef's dish must feature at least one locally, sustainably produced major ingredient, and the chefs really go for it in trying to outdo each other with creativity and quality. The green community flocks en force to this annual event; the food + socializing are both the best you can get in the Midlands, in a fun, friendly atmosphere. A "don't miss" for foodies!
