Explore the landscape of a satisfying new sexual identity with prostitute/porn star turned artist, sexologist, author, ecosexual, and educator Annie Sprinkle. Brought to you in collaboration with PSU’s Art & Social Practice program, the historic Hollywood Theatre is pleased to announce Sprinkle’s live, one-of-a-kind presentation that explores the places where sexology and ecology intersect in our culture.
Annie Sprinkle, Ph.D., has passionately researched and explored sexuality for thirty six years. Sprinkle shares her findings through her own unique brand of sex films, photographic work, teaching workshops, and college lectures. An award winning author, Sprinkle’s work has influenced the sex positive feminist movement and the field of queer theory, as well as the how-to and self-help genres. . Currently, Sprinkle’s main project is “The Love Art Laboratory,” a seven year endeavor with her partner/wife, Elizabeth Stephens, that aims to spread love not war.
