THE GIRLS FROM THUNDER STRIP

"A wild ride." -10,000 Bullets

"Any movie that has outlaw bikers, female moonshiners, cheesy banjo music, Jack Starrett as a sheriff, and Casey Kasem as a revenue agent is undoubtedly fun and worth watching!" -The Burgomaster, BadMovies.org

A vicious gang of murderous bikers vs. a trio of beautiful bootlegging sisters! Simply put, it's male bikers vs. female bootleggers. And if that ain’t a perfect example of drive-in-style High Concept, nothing is!  With a cast that reads like a Who's Who of Sixties exploitation. "The Girls from Thunder Strip" is also one of the first films to exploit the biker craze that came in the wake of "The Wild Angels."  But in the hands of director David L. Hewitt (who would dazzle the world three years later with "The Mighty Gorga"), the result is...well, rather disturbing.

Bonus Short Film preceding the feature!

"Dropping Evil: The Rise of Gunhead" - Will the Boss Man (Armin Shimerman, Buffy the Vampire Slayer) turn Michael into a .45 caliber unicorn?  Plus, Jordan Wagner is a zombie! Dir. Adam Protextor.
