Shot in a single, continuous take, Talk is a journey between theater and film set in a lower class neighborhood in Madrid on a blazing August night in 2014. For 75 minutes and over one mile, the camera follows 20 characters in economic, political and existential turmoil as they talk, argue, laugh, cry, taunt, whisper, scream, steal, date, fight, embrace and offer the audience a reflection on the immense power of the word.
Rodada en un plano único y en continuidad Hablar es un viaje entre el teatro y el cine que transcurre en el popular barrio de Lavapiés de Madrid en una calurosa noche de Agosto de 2014. Durante 75 minutos y medio kilómetro de recorrido 20 personajes en plena crisis económica, política y existencial hablan, discuten, ríen, lloran, amenazan, susurran, gritan, roban, se citan, se enfadan, se abrazan y proponen al espectador una reflexión sobre el inmenso poder de la palabra.
