On the tenth anniversary of the death of Italian cinema star Saverio Crispo (a fictional character modeled after Marcello Mastroianni), five of his daughters, two of his wives, and one very interesting stunt double gather to celebrate his tempestuous life and glorious career on the silver screen. Saverio, known as the “Latin Lover," a beloved star of the Golden Era of Italian cinema (and a prolific ladies’ man), turns out to be even more complex than everyone believed. This touching comedy evokes Italian cinema’s finest era, and features numerous references to your favorite movies.
Latin Lover’s stellar cast includes the final performance from Italian superstar Virna Lisi.
