This uplifting biopic from acclaimed Palestinian filmmaker Hany Abu-Assad (Omar, Paradise Now) follows Mohammed Assaf, a wedding singer from Gaza who became a global sensation after participating in the Arab Idol competition in 2013. In the wake of tragic events in Palestine, Mohammed has a chance to change his life and give a voiceless people the greatest feeling of all: the freedom to love, to live and to feel free.
