In Competition: Minnesota Made Documentary Feature

In the burgeoning jam band era of the early ’90s, a group of Minnesota musicians set out to take the world by storm. Known as The Big Wu, the band’s hook-oriented songwriting, love for their fans, and true dedication to their music soon garnered them a devoted fan base. Twenty years later, they remain one of Minnesota’s most active and well known bands of the genre. Culled from hundreds of hours of live performances, interviews with band members and fans, and more, this documentary, long in coming, and a nod to the band members, tour crews, roadies, fans, friends, and family that made it all possible.
