Sabina is a divorced mother of two small children when she reconnects with Saša, a man she met when serving in the Bosnian army during the war. Although she is Muslim and he is Catholic, the two fall in love and intend to marry despite the disapproval of their families. But their plans dissolve and Sabina’s life is thrown into chaos when Saša suddenly goes missing. Based on a true story, Sabina K. dramatically depicts one woman’s story of losing everything and her personal battle for hope and salvation.
