Join Nantucket Ballet dancers as they bring to the stage the Carnival of Animals and Peter and the Wolf. The Carnival of animals is a musical suite by Camille Saint-Saëns. Each animal is brought to life by music and dance. It is one of the best known pieces of classical music for children. Peter and the Wolf is a children's story told through music and dance. Each animal is represented by an instrument and together they create a beautiful soundscape for listeners of all ages. The entire show runs about 60 minutes and is sure to be an afternoon full of music, dance, imagination and fun.
