Wiener Dog

In a return to our dark, twisted, tragicomical Capri line-up, we present Wiener-Dog. A series of four vignettes are tied together by a dog that may be short in stature, but is long in adventure. The film is ultimately about the hope and hopelessness of different people Wiener Dog encounters, from the boy recovering from cancer to the man trying to get his screenplay off the ground to the woman trying to make her granddaughter happy. Unlike Wiener Dog, they are all too aware of their mortality and limitations.

And through it all, Wiener-Dog is the fiercely loyal - and a little mischievous - companion.
A kind of sequel to Welcome to the Doghouse, with Greta Gerwig taking over the role of Dawn "wiener dog" Wiener from Heather Matarazzo.
