The Dreamland, in the conjunction with The Nantucket Project, is pleased to announce a special screening of the captivating documentary film “Norman Lear: Just Another Version of You”, with a live, in-person question and answer period with Lear to follow.  A cultural legend and one of the most influential TV producers of the 20^th Century, Lear is best known as the creator of “All in the Family”, “Maude”, and “The Jeffersons”, creating some of the most memorable television characters in history, including Archie Bunker, and George and Louise Jefferson, all the while tackling some of the most challenging and taboo subjects that faced the nation at the time.  “Just Another Version of You” has received high critical praise since its release earlier this summer, with directors Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady creatively detailing Lear’s life and many accomplishments in television and beyond.
