Ruby Pink (Jeannine Kaspar) wakes up alone in a motel room in what appears to be the middle of nowhere. Her boyfriend has ditched her, leaving behind nothing but a few bucks on the dresser, a toothbrush, and… racing leathers. Outside, a supermoto motorcycle is just waiting for adventure. Ruby’s also pregnant, but that’s not going to keep her from a life on the road in this thrilling movie from Joe Maggio.

Joe Maggio: Joe Maggio is the director of Virgil Bliss ('01), Milk + Honey ('03), which premiered at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival and won a Special Jury Price for Best Screenplay. Paper Covers Rock ('08), Bitter Feast ('10), and The Last Rites of Joe May, which Roger Ebert named to his best films of 2011 list.
