Join the American Constitution Society and the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul for a film screening of Sold Out: Affordable Housing at Risk. With alarming frequency, individuals, households and whole communities are being displaced as a result of a growing wave of real estate investments upscaling formerly affordable apartments across the Twin Cities region. Produced by Twin Cities PBS in partnership with Minnesota Housing Partnership, this new 60-minute documentary lifts up the stories of affected residents, highlights the community impacts of displacement and showcases the urgent need to preserve affordable housing.
