Jane
Jane | 90mins |
Jane Goodall is famous for her pioneering research with chimpanzees, but the details of her story are often forgotten or overlooked. So when footage was discovered during her first expedition to see chimpanzees in their natural habitat when she was only 28, naturally, director Brett Morgen decided to make it into a film about Jane and her work. It also follows the romance between Jane and the person who captured the footage, National Geographic photographer Hugo van Lawick. Beautifully filmed (of course - it's National Geographic) and preserved, Jane herself, now 83, narrates the documentary, which insures you'll never see her or the world around you the same way again.
