Yep! Another documentary!
In 1980, 19-year-old Robert Shafran went to college and met another 19-year-old who looked exactly like him, Edward Galland. The two got to talking, then to digging, and found that they were long-lost twins. After their story made the news, a viewer called in with information they were wrong. They weren't twins, they were triplets, and the third brother wanted to meet. The story caused a sensation in the early eighties. But as people dug into how the triplets could be split up without their adoptive families ever knowing the boys had siblings, they discovered a truth they never could have expected. Do you like science? Do you have concerns about ethics in science? This is the doc for you. Also, if you suspect you might have a long-lost twin or some triplets out there, you should check this out.
