A championship high school basketball team provides pride, tradition, and hope for an African American community struggling to survive in the middle of one of the wealthiest communities in America- the Hamptons.

Killer Bees tells the story of the legendary basketball team from Bridgehampton High School that defies stereotypes of The Hamptons. Led by their inspirational coach, Carl Johnson, the Bees prepare to defend their state championship. The fighting spirit they display on the court has become a symbol of hope for a historic African-American community struggling to survive racial discrimination, gentrification and absurd incoming inequality in one of the wealthiest districts in the country.
