Live jazz from Paco Mahone and band accompanies a beginner / all-levels flow style yoga class. We’ll begin with a 15-minute musical meditation, followed by a 60-minute class and relaxation. Let the music move you and inspire you. Held in the intimiate North Lobby of the Manchester Craftsmen's Guild, we'll be surrounded by gorgeous art and architecture.
