Restored with extended footage, CHARLIE IS MY DARLING sheds light into the budding prominence of The Rolling Stones while they are on tour in Ireland in 1965. The film highlights the raw energy of their live performances while also providing offstage footage that reveals the dynamics and inner workings of Mick, Keith, and the rest of the Stones. Footage follows the band from their landing in London’s Heathrow Airport to their subsequent drives between venues in Dublin and Belfast.
