Experience the power and spirit of traditional West African dance in this vibrant, high-energy class taught by Talise Campbell, Artistic Director of Djapo Cultural Arts Institute. With live drumming setting the pulse, participants will explore movements rooted in cultural history, storytelling and folklore. Students will explore movements rooted in cultural history, storytelling and folklore honoring ancestral rhythms and community connections.
