MuvMethod is a dancer-specific conditioning program designed to enhance performance, improve body awareness, and help prevent injury. Combining traditional dance training with science-backed principles of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy, MuvMethod helps dancers train smarter and build a strong, sustainable foundation for healthy movement. Class includes breathwork, deep core conditioning, mobility work, alignment awareness, safe stretching methods, and active stretch sequences. Dancers will leave feeling energized, aligned, and stretched!

Natalie Orr-Andrea opened Creative Motion Studios in 2011, fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning a dance studio in her hometown of Akron. She has taught throughout Northeast Ohio for over 27 years. Natalie graduated Cum Laude from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minors in Dance and Entrepreneurship. Her collegiate training included studying under former members of Pennsylvania Ballet, Ohio Ballet, Martha Graham Dance Company, and Jennifer Muller/The Works. While at Akron, she performed with the University of Akron Dance Company and choreographed for multiple university concerts. Throughout her career, Natalie has taught and choreographed for numerous studios and performing arts programs and has been a featured performer at venues throughout Northeast Ohio. As director of the CMS Company, her choreography has received multiple awards, and many former students have gone on to study dance in college, perform professionally, and teach in studios. She also frequently partners with Akron Children's Hospital for philanthropic events and fundraising efforts. Committed to lifelong learning, Natalie regularly continues her education through workshops and professional development in dance, wellness, and business. She is Level I and II Certified through MuvMethod, certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid, and currently pursuing certification through Rhythm Works Integrative Dance. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for all dancers and specializes in working with neurodivergent populations. Outside the studio, Natalie serves in several PTA leadership roles. She is a proud mom of two sons and married to her best friend and dance partner, Brenton.
