Belle, the white Pyrenean mountain dog, and Sebastian (Felix Bossuet) are back on a new adventure in the French Alps. At the close of World War II, orphaned Sebastian is living in a tiny Alpine village playing in fields filled with wildflowers, watched over by his caretaker, César (veteran character actor Tchéky Karyo). Together they wait for the end of the war and the return of César’s daughter, Angélina, who left to join the French Resistance. When Angélina’s plane goes down, crashing into the forest near the Italian border, our heroes take off on an epic journey to find her. Belle and Sebastian stow-away in a plane, encounter a grizzly bear, join an Italian logging camp and battle a wild forest fire, all on their courageous rescue mission to find Angélina. Breath-taking scenery and heart-racing excitement surround Belle and Sebastian in this sweet old-fashioned tale of friendship and devotion.
