Description

A normal class, ordinary children, and a regular school teacher. Or is it? The lives of the children in Mr. Frans’ class are turned upside down when they discover that their beloved teacher sometimes turns into a frog. Luckily, Sita deduces the cause of her teacher’s strange behavior while working on her school report on amphibians - although no one will believe her. Gradually, the other children catch on and Mr. Frans must explain his condition. The parents of the town remain in doubt and clueless, but the rule-enforcing principal has his eye on Mr. Frans. Can the kids protect their teacher from menacing administrative monitoring and real harm? Based on a story by best-selling author Paul van Loon, Mr. Frog is a charming and humorous tale, drily mixing fantasy into mundane small town school and family life while heartily promoting tolerance for unconventional educators (who may also be frogs).

Recommended for ages 6+
