Come to the Cinema for an unforgettable night of cinematic epics, cartoons and more from Nazi Germany, mostly made when their tyrannical rule was falling apart

As the Third Reich rapidly collapsed at the close of World War 2, the Nazis created wild Hollywood-styled film productions to distract and entertain it's frightened citizens. Film historian Glenn Andreiev returns to the Cinema with a one night class on Nazi created movies. See how these wartime films created false hope and how in later years, German cinema rebuilt itself. Andreiev combines film clips with some unforgettable production stories to these strange films.

Glenn Andreiev is a longtime Long Island filmmaker and film historian. He has lectured at The Cinema Arts Centre, Molloy College, various New York State Libraries, the Northport VA and at The School of Visual Arts where he holds a BFA in Film. His work as a Filmmaker has appeared on CNN, TruTV, The View and at MOMA. His latest film is the documentary The Wendy Wild Story.
