Description

A Special Screening in celebration of the opening of Robert Redford's latest film, The Old Man & the Gun.

Join MSP Film Society and our partners from FilmNorth for this iconic 1969 western "bromance" starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman, with an intro on Redford's Sundance Institute, the Sundance Film Festival, and Sundance-supported opportunities for MN Filmmakers! #myfilmnorth

Directed by Minneapolis native George Roy Hill and starring Robert Redford and Paul Newman. A couple of legendary outlaws at the turn of the century take it on the lam with a beautiful, willing ex-school teacher who becomes a sort of mutual mistress. They wind up in Bolivia where the pickings are better and the gunplay equally exciting.
