Description

Lethal Control is a film that uncovers the federal government's controversial and often covert predator poisoning campaign. With interviews from victims of the controversial M44 cyanide-ejector devices (also known as cyanide guns or bombs), current and retired government officials, conservationists and scientists, Lethal Control creates an in depth picture of Wildlife Services, the century old government agency that you never knew existed.

After a neighborhood walk leaves their labrador retriever dead and sends their fourteen-year-old son to the hospital with cyanide poisoning, an Idaho family's search for answers drops them in the middle of a controversy a century in the making. Will their outrage be enough to finally tip the scales and bring the federal government's predator control program out of the dark ages?

Presented free and open to the public. Panel discussion and Q&A to follow the screening.
