SYNDEE WINTERS

New York born, Miami raised, Syndee Winters has the privilege of touring the world doing what she loves. Her career began shortly after high school, as a dancer NBA team, The New York Knicks City Dancers. She also danced behind American Idol Jordan Sparks.

Syndee would be nowhere without her love of music. Reflections of The Fugees, The Marleys, Michael Jackson, andSarah Vaughn appear in her original work. She has worked with artists Snoop Dogg Big Daddy Kane, writing and performing on 4 tracks on the 2009 album The Bridge by Legendary DJ Grandmaster Flash. Her single, “Focus” is now available, on iTunes.

In 2010, Syndee’s dream of being on Broadway came true, when she starred as her dream role, Nala, in Disney's The Lion King. She has traveled North America performing the role, and has received several drama award nominations. She's also portrayed iconic artist, Ms. Diana Ross in Motown the Musical, along with performing in the revival production of Pippin on Broadway as The Leading Player, a role originally made famous by Ben Vereen. Today, Syndee is still on Broadway, in the biggest musical in American History, Hamilton. She has had the honor of performing before global influencers, Sir Richard Branson, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and Oprah Winfrey.

Constantly inspired by the art of storytelling, Syndee’s latest writing project celebrates the life of American Icon, Lena Horne, in a one- woman play with music entitled, LENA: A Moment with a Lady. Through words and music, “Lena”, portrayed by Syndee Winters, attempts to relate the most pivotal personal and professional moments in her life.On a mission to share the truth, she unexpectedly opens the emotional crevices that have eluded her for years.

In her spare time, Syndee is passionate about working with young people. She makes time to teach master- classes, workshops and private lessons to young artists. “It's crucial to affect possibility into a young person's life. I've had many people influence my journey, and it has made me the person that | am today.”

Broadway favorite, Alvin Crawford is a bass in high demand. His dynamic voice has been described by the New York Times as “ Strikingly fine…” At home in Musical Theater, Classical, Film and TV he has appeared on the some of the worlds most important stages

Broadway, Mr. Crawford has been heard as Mufasa in The Lion King, John in Miss Saigon, The Lion in Candide, Sam Cooke in The Buddy Holly Story, Crown in Porgy and Bess National Tour. Regional highlights include the role of Bobo in A Raisin in the Sun directed by the legendary Phylicia Rashad at Westport Country Playhouse, Odysseus in The Odyssey at The Old Globe Theater, Andre in Martin Guerre at The Guthrie Theater and National Tour and the role of James in the Dora award winning production of Sanctuary Song at the National Theatre in Ottawa, Canada.

Some of Mr Crawford TV appearances include guest stars on Blue Bloods, Law & Order SVU and Nurse Jackie. On the big screen he’s acted opposite Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton in And So it Goes. His singing voice is heard on the Netflix series The Get Down and the soundtrack of the popular independent film Trick.


 As an operatic bass Alvin has sung with The Canadian Opera Company in numerous productions. In Europe he sang Sarastro in the Magic Flute, in Germany the Grand Inquisitor in Don Carlos, Alvise in La gioconda and The Father in Hansel und Gretel. He has performed with American opera companies such as Cincinnati Opera and Opera Theatre of St. Louis. He has also been heard as the Loudspeaker in Der Kaiser von Atlantis at the Spoleto Festival in Italy and in Los Angeles with the LA Phil conducted by James Conlon. Mr. Crawford has sung under the batons of Julius Rudel, Sir Andrew Davis, James Conlon, Randall Behr, and Christopher Hogwood, with whom he made his Kennedy Center debut as Guglielmo in Così fan tutte. Carnegie Hall debut as the bass soloist in Mozart's Requiem with the Orchestra of St.


Luke's. Mr. Crawford is a graduate of the Juilliard School.
