When Shokoo finds out that her older ex-husband, Fereydoun, has been placed in a nursing home by their children, she and Reza, her second husband, decide to take over care of Fereydoun, in their own home. In this unconventional arrangement, Shokoo and Fereydoun's relationship is significantly transformed. Likewise, this new situation impacts Reza and Shokoo’s daily life and puts a strain on their own marriage.

Director Mona Zandi Haghighi's affecting and compassionate drama of strength and reunion was adapted from a short story she penned that was based on characters in her own life.
