A tribute to the foundations of independent film in Miami!
20th Anniversary Screening & Awards Presentation followed by ‘Breakfast for Dinner’.
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of the Incubator’s short film contest, which galvanized the South Florida film community and gave the burgeoning industry visibility to senior industry executives from Hollywood, New York and beyond. The event will celebrate the triumphs of the Incubator, the Miami film industry, and the individuals who helped build it. The program will consist of a screening of previous short film contest participants who have since “eggcelled” in the industry, a ceremony to honor “eggceptional” individuals on whose shoulders the industry stands, and in the Incubator tradition, a post-screening "egg-filled" breakfast for dinner.
