The monthly IWFF presents screening is hosted by the Trail Less Traveled host Mandela van Eeden. Mandela will present a special program titled Nomad: Chasing water Into the Sahara and Atlas Mountains of Morroco. Between her international gigs as a whitewater adventure guide & instructor, Mandela travels to remote locations in the world interviewing fellow adventurers who live in radical harmony with nature. Through shared photos, stories from the trail, music, meditation, and sips of Morrocan mint tea audiences will join Mandela on a journey of observations on travel and wildlife conservation. Mandela's forty-minute presentation will set the tone for the screening of Anthropocene: The Human Epoch. A cinematic meditation on humanity's massive reengineering of the planet, this film lies at the intersection of art and science.
