Director Biography
Jud Nichols is a Minneapolis-based filmmaker who’s worked in narrative and documentary films. He began carrying a camera with him upon making a pact to fulfill his creative goals outside of his law practice in 2014. This endeavor landed him on a reality TV show called The Island where he was stranded on an island with 14 strangers who filmed their own experiences. He later made short documentaries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, which have won awards in several film festivals. His work has been featured in Vice, Amazon, eenvandaag, and other networks worldwide.
