Description

After eleven long years of pinching pennies, Dong-won and his family finally have a house of their own… until a rainstorm creates a sinkhole, swallowing the home, the family and their guests at a housewarming party. Kim Ji-hoon’s disaster comedy is thrilling, hilarious and a cutting indictment of capitalism.

The joys of being a homeowner nearly overwhelm Dong-won, who immediately invites his co-workers, who have known of his single-minded goal to own a home these many years. But a giant sinkhole opens beneath the home, dragging it hundreds of feet below the surface of the earth. As rain starts to fill the hole, the family, friends and neighbors must find a way out.
