DJ Hottpants is sharing the most important and influential movies in his life. They may not be highly rated on Rotten Tomatoes, but they are AMAZING!!! Take The Karate Kid, add Purple Rain, sprinkle with Xanadu-esque special effects, and you are still just scratching the surface of what THE LAST DRAGON is. The cast includes Prince-protégé Vanity, Tony Winner Faith Prince, cartoonish bad guys, and leading man Taimak (one name only… seriously, like he’s Cher or Madonna or, well, Vanity)! Reel Hottpants invites you to laugh inappropriately, join in some audience participation, and search for “The Glow”. Bonus: the movie works the ENTIRE DeBarge “Rhythm of the Night” music video into the script!!!
