Roxy Book Club: Which is better, the book or the movie? To find out, take the month to read this month’s Roxy Book Club selection, Eiko Kadono's beloved fantasy Kiki's Delivery Service. We'll have a discussion about the book and its adaptation after the film screening. Copies of the book will be for sale in the Roxy lobby!

Please note: There will be two screenings of this title--the Book Club discussion will be following the 5:00 PM screening.

13-year-old Kiki moves to a seaside town with her talking cat, Jiji, to spend a year alone, in accordance with her village's tradition for witches in training. After learning to control her broomstick, Kiki sets up a flying courier service and soon becomes a fixture in the com
munity. But when the insecure young witch begins questioning herself and loses her magic abilities, she must overcome her self-doubt to get her powers back.
