The Washington Post assigns reporters Bob Woodward (Robert Redford) and Carl Bernstein (Dustin Hoffman) to cover the arrest of four burglars who broke in to the Democratic National Convention Headquarters inside the Watergate complex. What at first appears to be a minor issue soon turns into full-blown conspiracy as the pair uncover ties between the burglars and the White House. A memorable true-life political thriller, All the President’s Men expertly explores the inner-workings of a daily newspaper as it tells the story of the investigation that drove a U.S. President from office and changed the American Presidency.

This special screening will be introduced by Miami Herald writer Rene Rodriguez who afterward will moderate a conversation with former Miami Herald publisher David Lawrence Jr., and current Miami Herald investigative reporters and Pulitzer Prize-winners Casey Frank & Nicholas Nehamas about journalism and the importance of a free press in today’s world of fake news and partisan politics.
