Directed by ALex Lowe

NO FOOD refreshment free screenings:
1/16 @ 12:15 PM &
1/20 @ 3:00 PM

The film, written and directed by Alex Lowe's oldest son, Max, is an exploration both of Alex himself, his life and his legend, but also of a family's grief, grappling with the loss of a husband and father and finding a way to reconcile Alex's love of climbing with their own feelings about his choices as well as their new, complex family relationships. It's an incredibly moving film, often profoundly so, revealing frequently very raw emotions, and it's also a testament to the deep pull of the mountains, the hold they have on so many.

It's a film for Bellingham's skiing/climbing/hiking community as well as for those looking for a moving film about working through loss towards new communities and redemptive love.
