There is NO entry audition necessary, you do NOT need to be enrolled in another class to participate, and EVERY student is guaranteed a spot. With featured roles and ensemble parts new and experienced performers alike are certain to find a place in The Aristocats.
Based on the beloved Disney animated film, and featuring a jazzy, upbeat score, Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.
In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it's up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O'Malley, and his band of swingin' jazz cats to save the day.

Legends, Sagas, and Lores is developed for students fascinated with all things fantastical! Pulling from tales told by those all around the worlds of fiction and non-fiction (greek mythology, norse mythology, african mythology, Harry Potter, Peter Pan, etc.) students will explore stories that have grown into much more than just words. Through the 5 tools of the actor - concentration, cooperation, imagination, body, and voice - participants can expect to bring elements of these legends, sagas, and lores to life! Join us at the end of the session for the student-driven informal performance where the students will imagine and execute their own story to perform.

MiniCo( Ages 4-8)
MiniCo is TCT’s newest offering! MiniCo is designed for students ages 3-7 who are interested in exploring performance opportunities and building performance skills (and graduating to KidCo!). As opposed to a semester-long KidCo class, MiniCo classes are only 8 weeks long, so there will be 2 MiniCo classes to every KidCo class. MiniCo students will learn theatre basics including stage directions, blocking terminology, projection skills, and more. MiniCo students will also learn and perform a number from the current KidCo show! Winter MiniCo performers will learn “The Aristocats” from The Aristocats Kids. MiniCo students will perform their number at the end of their 8 week class AND will have the optional opportunity to return to the stage with the KidCo students as part of the ensemble for their production on May 24th!

TCT’s FIRST all adult offering! Designed for the guardians of young children, this collective will offer resources and tools for families to use at home and in the community. Learn to bring storytime to life through vocal acting skills, interactive reading techniques, puppeteering (you get to keep a puppet!), and resources on access to free books. Each week you’ll receive reciprocal coping skills for both you and your young one - then have the opportunity to come back the following week and share how they worked or ask for more resources. In addition to the resources and skills offered formally, you’ll also have the opportunity to form a community with other guardians in similar situations with similar concerns.
