How do I use my pass?
To reserve your seat, visit our 2025 Minnesota Film Festival page and select a film or event you’d like to see. A pop-up dialog will ask “Are you a Passholder? Click yes to enter your pass number." Click YES, and log in with your pass number . If a pop up box does not appear you can always sign in by clicking the "Sign In" tab or the person icon at the top of the page.
Once you are signed in, the system will recognize you as a passholder and offer you a "$0 Passholder" ticket for each film/event. Select the film or event you wish to attend, click "Reserve Tickets," select the "$0 Passholder" ticket price, and add to your cart. Once you have selected all the films/events you wish to book at that time, follow the prompts to check out.
You can also visit the box office in person during festival week or before a screening to reserve your complimentary seat with your badge. Just share your name with a box office staff person and they will assist you.
Do I still need a ticket as a Passholder?
Yes, passholders will still need to reserve a seat to each screening or event you wish to attend. We strongly recommend booking online ahead of time to guarantee a seat and reduce wait times at the box office.
