About the film
This madcap Cold War and corporate politics satire from 1961 is directed and cowritten by Billy Wilder. Set in Berlin shortly before the wall was built, James Cagney stars as a Coca-Cola executive in West Berlin who has to care for his boss's daughter while she’s spending her holiday there. He also tries to do business with some Communists to expand Coca-Cola beyond the Iron Curtain. Plenty of hilarity ensues.
