Once a month we will open at 9:00am (pre-registration required) for an hour for families and people with special needs or sensory restrictions that need a quieter setting. We will turn off the fans, heater, foggers, and anything else that makes extra noise. We will not have the animal encounter area going, and there will be staff present, working quietly in the area to get things done before opening to the general public.
