On Saturday, November 19th, the Narrative and Documentary shorts block will start the day at 1pm. Among the ten short film selections, six entries feature ties to Alabama: Daniel Thomas King's "Last Request," Jay Burleson's "Symptomatic," Josh Carples's "Tamam Shud 10.16.6," Claire Haughey's "54 Miles from Home," Jessica Chriesman's "Philoxena," and Sarah Franke's "Wastewater: A Tale of Two Cities."
Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago round out the national selections: Marisa DeMarini's "Member's Mark," Ted Marsden's "Amor to Love," and Jim Vendiola's "Pretty Pickle."
