Coming back home to Ruston and back to the stage at the Dixie!
When you hear Los Angeles-based music duo Dauzat St. Marie refer to their shows in Ruston as “homecoming shows,” they aren’t speaking in a figurative manner. Not only did the duo form in Ruston when members Mat Dauzat and Heather St. Marie met while attending Louisiana Tech University, but Mat is also a Lincoln General Hospital-born Ruston native. “We love coming home to play Ruston because at our shows elsewhere in the world, we are ‘Dauzat St. Marie’…. at our shows in Ruston, we are just ‘hometown Mat and Heather,’” says Dauzat. “Our homecoming shows have a unique energy all their own because the crowds consist primarily of long-time friends and die-hard supporters… many of whom have been with us since day one.”

What some parents believe is acceptable and appropriate for their children, others may find objectionable. We urge parents who plan on bringing children to research the production before ordering to decide what is appropriate based on personal family values and standards.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theater. Anyone caught in violation of this policy may be ejected without a refund.

For the protection of our patrons, theater managers, and private security personnel are on duty for all performances. Patrons and their belongings are subject to inspection upon entry.
