Take a midweek pause to immerse yourself in a relaxing and restorative sound experience. This session blends a soothing mixture of healing instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, tubular bells, drums, flutes, and much more.
Each class begins with a guided meditation to gently ease you into a peaceful, grounded state. Two certified practitioners will guide you through this journey, creating a calming and supportive environment for relaxation and renewal.
Comfortable, thick mats are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
After the session, guests are invited to stay and explore the instruments with a brief guided introduction.
Details: $35/session. Limited to 12 participants per session. Advanced online registration and completed release form required. All ages welcome.
