The lunatics really have taken over the asylum that sits on the outskirts of Juarez one of the most violent cities in the world. Over 100 live at the mental asylum that has been cobbled together from abandoned houses and has only a couple of staff and very little medicine. It is the patients who dress, clean, cook and feed each other. The government regularly drops people off including Josué who arrived mentally deranged and malnourished from drug addiction. The patients showed him empathy and compassion and now six years later he manages the asylum. His one dream is to find his daughter.-JM
