The notorious villain Harquebus has fallen to his arch nemesis Captain Valour, the lauded patron hero of New York. This ignominious defeat does not sit well with Munition Man, Harquebus's former partner in crime, who vows to avenge Harquebus and settle his own personal vendetta.
