Description

In 2011, Anthony Weiner resigned from Congress after admitting to sending sexually explicit photos to an sundry of women who were not his wife. A mere two years later, Weiner returned to politics by entering the New York City mayoral election and, in a mind-boggling example of having not learned his lesson, found himself embroiled in yet another sexting scandal. Given unprecedented access, first-time directors Elyse Steinberg and Josh Kriegman give an incredibly engaging first-hand account of ‘Carlos Danger’ and Weinergate that puts a very timely spotlight on the public maneuvers and follies of the political spin.
