Recently named one of Filmmaker Magazine’s “25 New Faces of Independent Film”, filmmaker Miko Revereza’s will present his personal essay film about the Filipino American undocumented experience. Revereza retraces connections between 90s home movie nostalgia, postcolonial identity, and the disintegration of traditional family models in his dizzying, rapid-fire, five-minute monologue about his increasingly complicated perception of his father that he delivers over an assemblage of family home movies.
