Eve is a young maid working in one of the most luxurious hotels in Mexico City, an exclusive glass tower inhabited by guests so wealthy she can only imagine their lives through intimate fantasies of the belongings they’ve left behind.
Long, laborious shifts prevent eve from caring for her child while she helps guests with their own children, but she believes her situation will improve if she gets promoted to work at executive-level suites, for which she accepts a grueling schedule. In keeping with this goal, she also enrolls in the hotel’s adult education program. An incipient friendship with her coworker and an awkward, silent flirtation with an inaccessible window-washer prod her toward much needed bravery. When things don’t result as planned, eve transforms her lonely explorations and newfound courage into the necessary strength to face a life outside the glimmering tower.

Eve es una joven camarista que trabaja en uno de los hoteles más lujosos de Ciudad de México, una exclusiva torre de cristal habitada por huéspedes tan ricos que ella apenas se puede imaginar sus vidas a través de las íntimas fantasías generadas por las pertenencias que aquéllos han dejado atrás.
Largos y laboriosos turnos evitan que Eve pueda cuidar a su hijo mientras ayuda a los huéspedes con los suyos, pero ella cree que su situación mejorará si obtiene un ascenso para trabajar en las suites del nivel ejecutivo; por ello acepta un horario brutal de trabajo. Para seguir camino a su meta, también se inscribe en un programa de educación para adultos en el hotel. Como incentivos a su valentía, Eve cuenta con la incipiente amistad de una colega y con un silencioso coqueteo con el inaccesible limpiador de ventanas. Cuando las cosas no salen de acuerdo a sus planes, Eve transforma sus solitarias exploraciones y recién descubierta valentía en la fuerza necesaria para enfrentar la vida afuera de la torre reluciente.
