Elliott Oppenheim is a virtuoso trumpeter who lives and teaches trumpet in the Bitterroot. He performs solos selected from well-known and obscure trumpet literature.
Heidi Schnarr teaches music in the Victor School District and teaches piano. She is a gifted pianist. She will play a concert grand piano specially presented by Morgenroth Music for this performance in Theater 1.
The duo will play three major works: Telemann Trumpet Concerto in D min., Arutiunian Trumpet Concerto, and Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. They will play other pieces according to serendipity.
