Part of the Iowa Dance Festival, ScreenDance presents a curated program of short films celebrating a genre of dance made exclusively for the camera, spotlighting films that use dance and movement as the central theme of the story. ScreenDance provides a platform for dancers, choreographers, filmmakers, writers, screenwriters, poets and artists to explore this interdisciplinary genre and offers Iowa City audiences the opportunity to engage with this international celebration of dance and art.
