Originally produced as a three-channel installation, the work opens with a brief history of the Vietnam War, assembled from historical documents and footage. It then proceeds to detail Canada’s complicity in the conflict, drawing attention to the massive profit that Canadian companies made during this time. The work also references the American draft dodgers who settled in Canada in the late 1960s, creating a context for the connection to today with a mesmerizing drive down Yonge Street in 2017.
